Our go-to ritual for a chilly Winter morning is hot cocoa with a little punch of plant love packed in. This recipe is richly chocolaty with organic raw cacao, nutritive with rosehips and shiitake and has a little pinch of cinnamon to tie all the flavors together. We make it in our Enamel Jug for 2-3 servings made quickly and with easy peasy cleanup.
